What do you think of lordi winning the eurovision song contest?
they used the word "Arockalypse" in the lyrics of the song and for that alone they deserved to win.
Reply:Given that half-baked heavy metal is so enormously popular across most of mainland Europe I think it's amazing no-one's thought of putting up a half baked HM song before.... I wish I'd managed to get to the bookies during the day to put ten quid on it - it was sure to win.... even despite the Balkan/Baltic/Hellenic stitch up....
Reply:Lordi put on a quality performance and the size of their victory shows they were popular across Europe, not just with their neighbours. I voted for Lithuania, nothing to do with me getting them in the sweep...
