The Eurovision Song Contest isn't licensed for US broadcast (no American channel, including BBC America, has the rights).
You can see it if you have something like DISH Network or an international channel, specifically a European one.
You can watch the show live from anywhere in the world on eurovision.tv if you download the Octoshape plug-in, though.
