Why do Uk automatically be entered for the final of eurovision song contest?
Because the BBC contribute a significant amount of money to running the contest. Germany, France and Spain also contribute a lot of money so these countries also get automatic entry into the final. Collectively those countries are known as the Eurovision "Big Four".
Reply:As well as Stuart B's answer, we have won it a certain number of times which gives us a secure place in the final (along with Ireland and any other coutry that has won it many times)
